Apeks will look to take advantage of the fact that FATE have undergone changes to their roster and target their weaknesses.
Individually Apeks should be able to outperform FATE, Apeks' players ratings over the past 3 months according to HLTV’s statistics are better than FATE’s players on average. Once Apeks identify FATE’s weaknesses on the map they play, which will most likely be the bomb site harn is playing I would expect them to outplay FATE and punish the mistakes of the inexperienced player harn.
FATE
FATE recently changed a player as ‘doublemagic’ left the roster and was replaced with ‘harn’, a 19-year-old player with no official matches previously played on his HLTV profile, which shows how inexperienced he is. This change is a big factor in why FATE will struggle in this match as FATE has only played 1 official match with harn, which they lost, and they have had little time to practice.
When a change is made it usually isn’t as simple as the new player replaces the positions/roles of the old player. FATE may have to adjust their whole roster which will mean they won't be comfortable in this match.
My Bet Reasoning
Last time playing just a week ago FATE managed to edge the win 16-14. Since this win FATE have looked pretty terrible and not won a single match in their last 5. Last time they played it was also with former player doublemagic and this weeks match will be with Harn who we have very little data on but certaintly didn't look great in his opening match a few days ago against Singularity ending the series -11.
I think the price on Apeks is simply good considering the current data we have on Harn as a player and FATE playing with Harn, this completely changes the match in my opinion.
