Is there a way to slow down Derrick Henry?

Titans caused one of the two big upsets in the wildcard round last week. They went into the Foxborough and dethroned defending champions New England Patriots with a strong performance. They dominated the Patriots' defense upfront. Controlled the line of scrimmage which allowed them to get their running game going and play the game on their own terms. New England really struggled to slow down Derrick Henry who rushed for 182 yards on 34 carries. After playing great during the regular season, Ryan Tannehill did show some instability, but luckily for the Titans, he wasn't asked to do a lot with defense playing well and running game being so productive.

Adam Humphries and Jayon Brown were ruled out because of the injuries. Those are two quite important pieces on their respective sides of the ball. Especially Humphries, who would provide a pair of sure hands on those short routes, with everything covered downfield against this stacked secondary. Anyway, Tennessee needs another big game from Derrick Henry to stay close int his game and possibly cause another upset.

Is there a way to slow down Lamar Jackson?

Baltimore finished the regular part of the season as a No.1 seed in the AFC conference and watched the first round of playoffs in the comfort of their own living rooms. They deserved that right by accumulating 14-2 record during the regular season, playing some great football. Over the last couple of years, we've heard so many times that this is a passing league, but Baltimore showed that playing some good-old smashmouth physical football can still get you in playoffs (and possibly even further).

The true star of this team was Lamar Jackson. There were many question marks surrounding him when he got drafted last year. many experts thought that his skill-set doesn't translate well to the NFL game. That could be the truth if Baltimore tried to mold him into a pocket passer, something that many other teams did with athletic QB's. But coaching staff of Baltimore did a great job with building their system around Lamar's strengths, which is why they were one of the most exciting offenses to watch, even though they had a very high percentage of running plays.

Ravens vs Titans best bet

With Derrick Henry being such a big threat in the running game, I'm guessing that Baltimore will commit more defenders in the box and play more man coverage on the outside, especially because they have corners that they can trust. Although Henry is known as a big running back that gets most of his work done running straight through the middle, I expect that he'll be used in different ways. With opposing defense knowing what's coming, Vrabel needs to put a small wrinkle in his gameplan. I believe they will use Henry's presence in the backfield for more play-action passes and screen plays. And that guy is very difficult to stop in the open field with his combination of size and speed.
