Loot Bet Season 3

In today's Loot Bet Season 3 game, Two teams with a record of 2-2 will face off in an elimination game with the loser being sent home and the winner advancing to the playoffs. With the top 4 teams at this event taking home a share of a $30,000 prize pool both teams should be very eager to progress through to the next round in todays Best of 3 fixture.

AD Hoc

The newly formed German team have a very large map pool in which they can compete, however they are not one of the top teams at this tournament going 2-2 so far in the tournament with there wins coming against Youngsters who crashed out 0-3 in the groups and LDLC who have also been elimated as they fell 1-3 in the groups.

Vexed

Vexed are a British team who like AD Hoc are not one of the top team attending the tournament however according to the market they are the faviroutes to take this game at 8/15 . Vexed started of winning there first 2 games of the tournament against LDLC and Heretics. The win against Heretics came as a suprise to most people as Vexed were priced at 3/1 to take the win however they showed that they themselves have been working on there map pool and intergrating in depth strategies into there play, They then went onto to disappoint there fans as they dropped there next 2 games against Gambit Youngsters and Dreameaters however you can argue that they were unlucky to face such good teams in the groups.

My Opinion & Reasoning

So far in this tournament both teams have peformed relatively well, I would imagine that Vexed will have a little bit too much firepower for AD Hoc and steal this game 2-1. I feel that as far as map 1 is concerned it will be a feeling out process for both teams which will se a very close game , the line offered by bookmakers of over 26.5 rounds is very low as that requires both teams to reach only 11 rounds. With the game being of such importance i imagine both teams will be eager to not take many risk and stay within touching distance of eachother for the enterity of the first map , this along with the fact that the teams are very equal anyway leads me to back this with 5 units as i would consider it tremendous value
